Arlo Pro 4XL, purchased in December suddenly when offline overnight. Have a service agreement(free trial until March 17, 2022. Why can't i get online support?

Go to in your App settings-support and select a device for contact options. Since you are in a trial there should be a phone Icon among your options or at least chat.

Go into the support section in the app, it will show you the options you have. If you have a subscription, then phone will be one of them.

Are the batteries depleted? Consider taking out and reinserting the battery for the camera, does it come back online?
