Buffering issue in home

I can watch my videos when I am away from my house with no problem, but when I try to watch them from my house they buffer really bad. What am I doing wrong and what can I do to correct it? Help Please?  Version 5.3.3_28779 Pro 4

When at home, try disabling cell service and WiFi separately to see which one caused the problem.
