Hello all,
The battery on one of my Arlo Pro 4s went completely flat. I've tried charging it but having no luck. Camera is less that one year old.
Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions?

Although this article was written for the Pro /Pro 2, it is worth a try:
Since the camera is still under warranty, you could also contact Arlo support. Use the app (not my.arlo.com) and don't google for a support number - that generally leads to a scam support site.
