Arlo wired doorbell

For years the wired doorbell has been working fine. All of a sudden the doorbell only rings on my ipad and not my iphone. When I log out of the ipad and am only logged in on my iphone, the call does not go through. Also, both notifications are checked, and I only get the emails and not the notifications on my iphone as well. Both iphone and ipad are on the same Apple account.

Under your doorbell device setting on the iPhone can you make sure silent mode did not get turned on for calls. Device settings > Silent mode

 

Also make sure all the steps are correct within this link:

If those steps do not help, I would suggest re-adding the doorbell to the account on the iPhone. Before re-adding it uninstall the app and then re-install it.
