The picture has a strong pink or green tint to it. Any ideas on how to fix , or is the hardware shot ??i have rebooted and the pic was clear for awhile.

Sounds like the IR filter may be getting stuck.

Remove and refit the battery to reset the electronics in the camera and see if that works.
