Did the subscription expire?

I never had subscription. I have this camera more the year they were working fine only. I have that 7 days Library recording videos then after 7 days they got deleted and started new videos recording. My olders cameras they working all ready 5 years like that.

Arlo stopped selling new camera models with the free 7-day storage plan back in 2018.  Pro 4 cameras (like all currently sold Arlo cameras) require a subscription to get any cloud storage.

So if you were getting 7-day storage for this camera, then it must not be a Pro 4.  Likely it is a Pro 2.  Can you go into the support center of the app and check the model information there?  Scroll down to the product id field.

If you see "Library" in the app menu, then use this guide:

If instead you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" then use this guide:

Note if you just see an "Hxx" code you are looking in the wrong place.

Definitely I have Arlo pro 4 cameras. When I purchased this cameras in 2023 they told me coming with 7 days free storage and I have 30 days free trial for Arlo Secure. The trial includes 30 days of video history, person and vehicle recognition, custom detection, smoke and CO alarm detection, activity zones, interactive notifications, and 24/7 emergency response. When is that expired they asking me for subscription to continue using that features and i denied . My 7 days free storage was working fine after that and stopped work month ago. I’m not making this up i know my cameras.

I don't know who "they" are.  But they misinformed you.

  • The Pro 4 cameras do NOT have 7 days of free storage.
  • The Pro 2 cameras do have that feature.

So either you have Pro 2 cameras, or you do not have 7-day storage.  Note if you purchased Pro 2 cameras in 2023, then "they" should also have told you that the cameras were on the end-of-life list.

I suggest opening one of the cameras and removing the battery.  Then check the label you'll find there.  Alternatively, go into the support center of the app, and scroll down to the product id field. (If you see "Hxx" you are looking in the wrong place).

Another useful test is to try making a manual recording while livestreaming one of the cameras.
