Arlo pro 4 not fully charging

Arlo pro 4 have had it plugged in but charge does not go above 74% ???

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I have just given up on it, my older pro2 cameras are so much better than this pro4 I may just dump it. Can not afford another subscription so it is really not worth the frustration or cost. My older pro 2 cameras work great with no subscription. putting a usb into the hub then removing it to put in computer so I can view video is just annoying.
