Hello,
Can anyone provide a way to contact warranty returns or tech support or customer support (If you do not and cannnot figure out how to subscribe to a paid plan)? I am looking to return my camera as I cannot charge it with or without the battery.
P.S. I have not succeeded in obtaining any contact information through the chat bot. I did find a phone number for sales support but that phone number required a password and then just hung up.
If someone can find a way to help me return this product and forever to be finished with Arlo I would be so grateful.
I have never found a company make contacting it so difficult.
