We just purchased pro 4 cameras 2 of them were easy to set up the 3rd one we can not get it to synch.  We have tried multiple times and have no idea where to get help or what else to do.  any help will be appreciated.

This can be difficult - no idea why.

 

I suggest trying a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com), as that sometimes works when the app fails.

 

Also, you can try a reset of the problem camera.

Obviously just skip over the step of removing it from your account.

We got our camera working but it took us several times like 15 times, maybe more.   Arlo thought is was our Internet provider, our Internet provider could not find anything wrong.  We were on line with Arlo for a few hours checked everything.   I was on with our Internet service for about an hour checking speed and general questions.  I was going to have our internet service come out and verify everything but we finally got the camera working the next day.  

I read articles on line for factory reset and followed what Arlo service asked me to do.  I'm glad it was working but wish i knew what if anything really changed it to work.   Good thing I'm a very patient person.   Arlo service and my internet service were both very caring and walked me through a lot of options, we also ruled out a bad battery.   I can't help wonder if all the attempts just couldn't clear out, that is me with zero knowledge.
