At what point do you experiencing an issue during the onboarding flow? Can you provide details about what happens when you're trying to connect?

All 4 cameras will not read the QR code in the app no matter what we do for some reason we're not getting the help we need nobody on your end can seem to be able to help us we are sick of trying the same thing every time!!!

First check that the cameras are all charged. Then try a hardware reset - opening the camera and pressing sync until the LED flashes amber (~15 sec).
Then try the install again. Make sure you select the correct camera model when you "add device".
