Arlo microphone won’t work off wifi

We can speak through the cameras when we are connected to the wifi at home but as soon as we disconnect from the wifi or leave the home we can not speak through the cameras. We have tried redownloading the app etc and nothing is working. All our settings are set to allow the microphone and will work when connected to the wifi. Getting very frustrated and considering taking it back to exchange for a different brand.

I take it your phones have data turned on as that's how you can see your cameras away from wifi, no issue for myself on iOS or Android. Make sure you have enough data and that you are still logged into the app and leave the app running in the background on your devices.
