We have had our camera system set up for almost 3 years, same internet, same upload speeds everything working fine. Starting a week ago they would go off and come back on. As of yesterday all 10 cameras and the hub center will not connect. We have tried EVERYTHING to reset(including factory reset), nothing is getting them back online. Calling the help center did nothing as they blamed it on our upload speed which has worked for almost 3 years, and we run tests frequently. Can anyone help with this experience? We don't know what else to do at this point but hope we get someone competent at the help center and that is a huge gamble.

Which base or hub do you have? What do the LED(s) show? When you reset the base/hub, did you also remove all devices from your account before trying to reconnect them? WHat is your measured upload speed and ping time?
