Greetings. I have 4 arlo cameras at my house and after fighting with charging issues I took some time and ran dedicated CAT 6 cables to each location. Now that the hard work is donee, does anyone have experience with a wired camera system similar to Arlo ?

I don't, but I believe ubiquiti has a number of wired cameras. They look quite promising, though they do have one or two WiFi operated. I believe you'd need to allow for a power cable. Ubiquiti is a serious company, from what I've heard, and if they had WiFi battery operated cameras, I'd switch to them in an instant.

Most wired cameras use power over ethernet (PoE). So if you are going that route, you should get a PoE ethernet switch.
