Arlo Pro4 subscription will not allow me to arm my camera

I have a subscription it’s the one that’s about $3.00 a month it won’t allow me to set it to upload to The cloud. It won’t let me check the box please help!

Check Settings, Subscription, Manage Cameras to ensure yourcamera is activated.

I was able to get it working now they sure don’t make it easy do they? Thank you for your help
