Arlo Pro4 spotlight doesn't come on with motion

Like others, I have had this issue with one of my three Arlo Pro 4s. Arlo Customer Service is generally not helpful as all they do is tell you to restart it or remove and re-install it. Neither works or doesn't work for long. 

Posting here because I think I solved it. Here is what I found. In my Video Settings-->Low Light Settings, I had Night Mode ON. When I turned it off, the spotlight returned to normal function. Now, if only Arlo Customer Service was aware enough of it's own products so that they can troubleshoot. I hope this helps people who encounter it.
