I just purchased the Pro 4 3 camera system with base, and from go-live, I've had nothing but issues.
1. Accessing the live feed for my cameras rarely works. When ever I select the device I want to view, the stop button appears as if it is buffering, but then times out not allowing me to view. This does this for all three of my cameras. I thought maybe it was the connection, but this is still occurring with one camera that is <50' from the base.
2. When I am able to access the live view, for the most part I get the vertical line/green screen/pixelated result.
3. I am not getting push notifications at all through the app on iOS. I have all push notifications on within the app and in the iOS settings. What's weird as that I can get email alerts, but no iOS notification on the home screen, or the lock screen.
Did I just get a bad batch? I have done a factory reset, unplugged/replugged everything, reset my router, uninstalled the app, etc. Any help is appreciated.

You might still have a connection issue (50' is a fair distance for wifi).
Have you tried running speedtest (ookla app) on your phone at the camera location? (over wifi of course).

I haven't for the camera location, but I did run one off my laptop.
Download speed was around 110mbps, and the upload speed was 10.5mbps.

Just did a dry run on the download upload speeds for each location. Waayy lower than I expected. So that may diagnose issues 1 and 2. Any advice on issue #3?
Location 1: 2.18 download, 0.93 upload
Location 2: 2.6 download, 1.31 upload
Location 3: 2.2 download, 1.1 upload

I use an iPhone 12 mini (iOS 16.3 at the moment), but haven't run into that issue - so no direct troubleshooting experience.
