Arlo Pro 4 not recording to library

Arlo Pro 4 cameras not recording to library. I have reset everything. Deleted the App, unplugged all the cameras and reset them. Downloaded the app and completely added everything like the first time setting everything up.

    All the newer cameras (starting with the Ultra in 2018) require a subscription to get cloud recordings.  That includes the Ultra, Ultra 2, Pro 3, Pro 4, Floodlight, Essential, and Go 2 models.

     

    Older cameras (Pro and Pro 2 among several others) included 7 days of free cloud recording, and Arlo still provides that for those cameras.

These cameras require a subscription once the 3 month trial sub expires. Do you have a subscription in Settings, Subscription?

When I purchased them I was told you did not have to have a subscription. So is this a new thing with the newer versions?
