Hello community, i have Arlo cameras Arlo pro 4,
That were working properly, but after I l kept them for 1 year , they're not able to connect to the wifi, even if I can hear the Chime sound but wait too long until it can't connect

If the cameras are still in your account, then you need to remove them before adding them back.
Did your wifi network name and password change? If they did, then you might try changing them back to what you were using before. Alternatively, remove any punctuation from the new names.
If your router changed, make sure that the router allows WPA2 connections (not the older WPA, and not requiring WPA3).
Also, if you are trying to onboard them from the app, then try using a PC instead (browsing to my.arlo.com). If the PC has an ethernet connection, then connect the PC to the router before doing this.
