When I Pulled the camera staight off the magnetic wall mount, the mount broke. I need a replacement. Who and how do I contact about this?

Assuming you have a subscription which enables you to contact support directly, use the app to go to Settings, Support. Select your camera and scroll down to Contacts to see if it's possible to get a replacement.

Are you saying you have no subscription???
Both paid and trial subscriptions give you access to phone support.

Just buy another mount.
The second one is third party - cheaper, but not something I've ever used myself.

@texciupak you should be able to access support with the subscription you have. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the issue.
