- My camera looks like this, changed the charging cable, took out the battery and reset the camera, but it doesn't work

I'm sorry but I don't see the problem. Which one of those cameras should I be looking at? Assuming it's the Parkering one, it looks normal to me (the red car in the background appears normal). There's definitely green grass showing.

I'm guessing something in the camera's view is altering the white balance. What happens if you put other colored objects in view?

Same thing, could it be due to the charging cable that I bought on amazon? It is not original

No. If the camera is charging when you use the cable, then it is ok.
And if it wasn't working, it just wouldn't charge.

Still, not the reason the camera is showing everything green.
Did you do the full hardware reset?
- remove the camera from the account
- open the housing and press the sync button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 sec)
- add the camera back to the account
