Arlo Pro 4 has stopped notifying and recording motion events

I’ve had the camera quite a while now and it was working fine. Recently I noticed it has stopped notifying and recording motion events. Other than that it’s completely operational. Motion detection test works fine, manual record fine, built in spotlight fine, etc. I’ve rebooted the camera through software and have removed and reinstalled the battery. I’ve reinstalled the Arlo app. I also have an Arlo doorbell and 2 other outdoor Arlo cameras all working fine. I do not use a hub. Any thoughts?

Have you rebooted your router? Check to ensure the current mode has an appropriate rule for the camera to record. It may be worth removing the camera from your account and re-onboard it as if new.
