Why can't I ever log into the app. The return message says that support is working on it. I'm getting notifications that I have people walking into my yard but I can't log in. Hopefully something happens so i can sue Arlo for lack of productivity and failure to do its job. What am I paying a subscription for?

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Any difference between being on WiFi vs. cell service?
