Currently I have 3 Pro 3 camera connected to my Smart Hub model 4540. I am trying to add to Pro 4 cameras to the smart hub. Smart Hub will not find the camera during installation. However I'm able to connect to Pro 4 camera via WiFi. How can I connect the Pro 4 to the Smart Hub.

During installation the app is not finding my new camera. The app can find the smart hub. 

When I didn't try to connect the camera to the smart hub, I am able to connect to the camera with my phone.

Can you try installing these cameras over the web portal as well on a web browser.
