Arlo Pro 4 battery drains while camera is plugged in

  • This seems to be a common issue and like others I have narrowed it down to camera. There are a total of 4 cameras and the other 3 are working. 

I've replaced both external charging cable and replaced with brand new batteries.  It works fine 3-4 days then it goes from 100% to 7% then eventually going off line.

I've disconnected, restarted and turned off for several days.

Like many others this seem to have started after last firmware update.

Please reach out to support. You get that by going in the support area of the app (not my.arlo.com), and selecting a camera in a subscription plan. Scroll down to the contact section, and you will see an option for phone support. It is available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time.

Im having a similar issue. Tried raising a support ticket and calling the uk number but it is an invalid number. Is there a fix to this issue?

Are you going into the support area of the app, and then using that to access phone support???
