My base station keeps dropping the Internet

That may be an ISP or router issue. Try rebooting your router and base, in that order. If it still drops, tell us what the LED(s) on the base show as well as whether the router shows that the base has an IP address.

The router system is showing the VMB4540 is connected to the gateway just like my cameras and my phone and my TV all systems are working correctly, so I know it is not my internet system.  currently, I have the blue light showing that I am connected to the internet.

Did you try the other steps I asked about? What is the hub's LED showing when "offline"?

Yes have tried several things it has a blue light, and the app will not recognize the device. I have had tech support having me jump through all kinds of hoops and nothing works 😞

It may be fastest to remove all devices from your account and start fresh, as if a new system.
