I have 4 Essential spotlight cams & thought I'd replace one with sn arlo pro 4 on front porch. (Most important) Ever since I did this my entire camera system just doesn't work. The original 4 worked perfectly. 300 ft away if a leaf fell it detected it. Now NOTHING. The "2K quality" is non existence. Looks like a bad DVD on an old 2005 TV. My wifi is through Spectrum & I get an AVERAGE of 235 mbps download & 12 mbps upload so I know it's not my wifi. It's sad to think that DOWNGRADING is a better option at HALF a price per cam. Any thoughts? I've returned several times & reset MULTIPLE times. NOTHING works. Than it will stop at 40% & not charge unless I bring it inside.

How far away from your router or base station is the Pro 4 camera? If you temporarily bring it closer to test, do you still experience the same behavior?
