One of my Arlo Pro 4 XL cameras keeps going offline. I bought the three pack from Costco a little over a year ago and now one camera keeps randomly going offline. The wifi signal is strong where the camera is located and i have it connected to a solar panel for charging. I cannot figure out a fix outside of removing it and adding it back to my account every few days.

Have you tried
- disconnecting the panel (as a test)?
- swapping the camera with one in another location? Then see if the problem moves with the camera (or not).
Also, I am wondering if simply removing/reinserting the battery would be an alternative to your current workaround.

I had tried to reset it by removing the battery and then reinserting but the camera won't connect again. I have also tried reconnecting to the wifi via the app but it will not do it. The only workaround that works for a short while is removing from the account and then setting it up again.
I have moved it around the house and still face the same issue.

Is there any way to determine if a battery got wet? There has been heavy rain the last month or so and that is actually when the camera began to go offline.

You can open the housing, and inspect it.
