Why would it be taking so long to play a video or get a live shot. When I click on the camera, it says connecting and the wheel seems to spin forever.

Often that problem is linked to a poor connection (either between the camera and the Arlo cloud, or between the phone and the Arlo cloud).
- What is the signal strength you are seeing for the camera?
- Does this always happen, or just sometimes?
- Does it happen both on the phone and a PC browser (my.arlo.com)?
