Arlo Pro 4 VMC4050P cannot read the QR code

I cannot get my Pro 4 camera to read the QR code (tried all the tricks including 3 different devices to display the code) and the camera doesn't seem to sync with my base station. My Arlo Essential Spotlight camera read the QR code without problem. Do I need a newer base station? If so, will I lose connectivity with my legacy cameras?

If you want them to connect to a base or hub, yes, you will need to upgrade the base. You could connect them directly to your WiFi, if that's an option.
