I added my Arlo Pro 4 Floodlight camera to the app and when I attach the camera to charge it show a blue thermometer on the screen. Not sure what it means or how to fix it. The light on the camera is orange.

I haven't seen that but I suspect it's warning of low ambient temps. The camera won't charge below 32F/0C and will shot down at -5F/-20C. Here's the FAQ for what's normally seen:

The amber LED may be that the battery needs to be charged.
