Arlo Pro 4 Camera - cannot add a camera

I purchased a 3 pack Arlo Pro 4 cameras. I was able to connect 2 of the cameras; however the 3rd camera is being stubborn and not connecting. I have tried resetting my modem - nothing; I’ve returned the previous cameras & have a new pair - still the same issue. I’ve connected customer service & I’m learning real quick they are not helpful. Did anyone else have this issue & how did you resolve it?

Did you try resetting the camera? There's an FAQ here that details this with holding the small button for >10 seconds.
