If you mean you're trying to share your cameras via granting access, you should check your side to see if the invite is shown as accepted or pending. If it's pending, she should try using a computer to accept the invite since that somehow works better. Once she shows as accepted, both of you need to be using the same user interface (UI). The old one (maybe yours) uses Library to view videos while new accounts, like hers, use the new UI which uses Feed to view videos. If they are different, you will need to migrate your account by choosing Add Device to add either a Pro 5 or security system, even though you have neither. The first step is to migrate your account to the new UI after which you can just back out of the bogus install. You can't go back to the old UI and there's a big difference in how the new UI works so take the time to go through the whole UI to see where things are and how they work. Also, custom modes don't migrate so you have to use the 3 default modes to do what you need.
Once that has occurred, she should click on Home near the top of the screen and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets a default Home location so she needs to choose yours. I recommend renaming Home so it's obvious which one to select.
