Just got new cameras and turned off both audio and animal alerts and still receiving tons of alerts. Also have auto alerts turned off for one camera yet still getting auto alerts.

 

Very annoying.

You can try toggling on and off for those selections as it may be a glitch. You should not be getting a notification with smart for those off but will still get a recording. I have "other motion" off if you are getting them also and labeled as motion.
