I have two Arlo cameras one record to my iPhone the other does not. I have reset it but no luck. Thanks in advance

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the problem camera?  (If you use 2K livestreaming, you will need to disable that before you try this test).

 

Do you still see notifications from the problem camera?
