Arlo 4 camera led red and blue lights

When charging my Pro4 battery the blue lights flash as expected so I guess its charging but the battery charging indicator on my phone app. does not show a green lightning bolt and after 2 hours of charging the battery indicator does not show any increase?

When charging, the blue LED should only briefly blink when AC power is applied. There's no case when it should keep blinking due to charging. The app shows that it's not charging so I suspect that the connectors need cleaning, the cable needs to be inspected to confirm a good connection on both ends and/or the charger is a good one (try a different charger to see what happens).
