Alto 4 stop charging and working after a year of everyday use

Does everyone’s Arlo just stop charging and working after a year of everyday use or am I the only one going thru this? Wondering if I should get another Arlo or just switch to a better camera system? Thank you

I have cameras and batteries that are still working after several years. I have yet to have a camera or battery go bad (knock on wood). The only failure I've had was a base station that wouldn't connect to the servers.

Why is my Arlo 4 video quality so poor? I used to have the essential and it just seemed a lot lot more clear? Did I just get a bad camera or what? Cuz it is very distorted now and not clean image like my old one . I thought the 4 was supposed to be the best?

Dunno if it's the "best" but it's different. Post a screenshot of the camera view and/or a link to a typical video for us to see.
