I am adding Arlo Pro 4 cameras and Essential door bell to my existing VMB 4000 base station and retiring my old Arlo cameras. I have been informed that doing this rather than a direct connection will improve battery life. Is this correct?
I also wish to connect one of the cameras directly to wifi as it is placed close to my router and more remote from the base station. Is this dual method of connection, some devices to base station and one direct to wifi, possible?
