We have previously owned Arlo cameras operating off of a hub. We recently purchased four Pro 4 Spotlight Cameras for another building with a different network that connect directly to wifi. I want to run it off of a laptop computer like the original cameras. I can't get off square one.

Is your laptop connected to that building's network? If not, you won't be able to set up the cameras to use that network. Give us all details as to what you've tried and what you've tried.

Since these cameras connect directly to Wi-Fi instead of through a hub, the setup process might differ. Firstly, ensure your laptop meets the system requirements and is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your cameras. Then, download the Arlo app on your laptop and follow the setup instructions provided there.

Sorry, you're badly mistaken. No idea what you mean by "ensure your laptop meets the system requirements" unless you mean make sure you're not using Windows 3.x. There's no app to be downloaded for a computer - you use a web browser.
