Account disappeared

I couldn’t login so I reset my password now my account profile says James Smith and all my cameras etc are gone. Can anyone help or does anyone know how to contact someone at the company to help

Are you sure you're logging in to the same account? Resetting the password should not remove or change any of the cameras on the account.

Yes I only have one account and one email address. I reloaded my cameras and now I don’t have my trial subscription any more and when I try to login to buy the subscription it tells me cannot log in because I’m logged into another device. I have only had it loaded on this one phone
