ARLO CAMERA BATTERY DIED NOW WON'T CHARGE

I have an Arlo camera Pro 4. Unfortunately, the battery died and when I went to recharge it, it won't charge. I have tried everything. I have inserted and re-inserted the battery, I've tried a new charging cord.

The external charging station likely would also work if the issue is just that the battery was fully discharged.
