My recording has been stopped. I did have a subscription but no more. But everyone got seven day recording. That does not end until 2024. I have tried to talk to arlo support HELP

Anything newer than the Pro 2, starting with the Ultra series in 2018, requires a subscription for cloud recordings. The old cameras continue to have the free 7 day plan but not for anything newer.
