very confusing billing and customer support system

why is there no ability to discuss billing? or tag it as a label.

Says all i need to know about the company really, 

 

anyway i am on the 7.99 multi cam plan but last bill i was charged 16.98 for some unknown reason. is anyone able to tell me why?  

 

any help would be amazing as not like live chat is an option lol.
