trying to get a subscription for my Arlo 3 cameras

I am trying to get a subscription for my Arlo 3 cameras. It says I need a code from the receipt but I don't have the receipt anymore. 

Help please?

Assuming you are doing a new set up the 3 month trial to smart should start on activation. I have seen  in set up for a smart code from a retailer to enter it.  I have never had one and did not have to use one to get the trial. If your trial expired you just need to sign up.

And the retailer usually can provide a duplicate receipt.
