trying to figure out how to change the notification tone for hours

Your customer service absolutely sucks. Been trying to figure out how to change the notification tone for hours. Counting on "the community" to handle customer's questions about the system you are selling? No customer service department? No toll free number? Unbelievable and absolutely ridiculous for any company in today's market. Returning this system and telling everyone I know to stay away......

You can contact customer service using several methods via the link provided above.

 

When using an Android device, you can change the notification tone by navigating to Settings > Notifications. You will then be pointed to you device settings to change the notification tone.
