Since 3 days, my pro 3 say "Unrecognized error to play stream", battery ok, wlan ok, it actually can even refresh the picture every now and then... but impossible to get the stream.
And it seems that you can't contact Arlo support . Of course they want all of us to buy a monthly account. But that is not fair as we all bought their camera which are still fully working. What kind of business strategy is that??? So now, they shut down the stream and you have only two choices, buy their subscription or move to another supplier... I can't imagine this to be the right strategy !!
Anyway, if anyone has a solution before we simply decide on selling the whole material to whoever has decided to blindly pay..., let us know

Are you talking about livestreaming? Or are you talking about playback of local recordings on your smarthub?
What have you tried doing to fix the problem? The first steps would be to
- power-cycle the hub
- remove the battery from the camera for about 10 seconds and then reinsert it.
