My app say's there was an error obtaining your library. Arlo team is working on this issue. It has been a week! I've logged out, re installed the app on my phone and still no library. Is Arlo messing with us? this happens all the time!

Have you rebooted the phone? Have you rebooted the base? Have you tried using a computer browser pointed at my.arlo.com?

Is this with direct access to local storage (using a VMB4540???)
