Purchased 2 Arlo Pro 3 cameras and 1 Arlo Ultra camera and the smart hub one week ago and installed. Still do not have 3 Months Free Trial subscription started. Have contacted support five times. Still do not have Free trial as promised in the sales order.

Double check that they are active in your smart trial in subscription setting. I had some kick off  before for some reason, the trial should have started when you set up the cameras. Also were they new or second hand. If someone already set them up it would have used the trial on their account.
