Hi All, having encountered numerous issues in regards to both base station and cameras going off line I finally deleted everything to start again. Ethernet cable checked, base station powered up, solid blue light. Now cannot find the base station??? Went on to support but apparently not available either in chat, by phone or to log a case! Rubbish. Anyone suggest what I do now? Seriously considering ripping everything out and moving to another brand!

Can I suggest that you factory reset the base station. What model do you have?

Thanks DannyBear. I have the latest base station and have performed the factory reset - to no avail. I have x5 pro 3’s. I cannot find the base when trying to reinstall everything

What is frustrating is that the indicator light is blue and I can see it as a Wi-Fi network but cannot find it when trying to add the station to the app

It is usual to see a different LED indication after a factory reset, if you had not seen this then the base has not been factory reset. Sometimes it is best to hold the factory reset button until it starts flashing which could take more than 10sec like 20.

Unfortunately, even after getting a brand new router for the broadband I am still having issues. Have managed to reconnect four out of the five cameras but they and the Arlo base are continuously losing connection (the base is hard wired to the router). I am currently researching suitable replacements for the Arlo system as I have lost faith in them
