arlo pro 3 continuous fast blinking blue

i have installed arlo pro 3 and is working well.  i have a new battery which i installed into this camera.

after this, the camera continuously flashes fast blinking blue even though i can connect it to the smarthub, i.e. accessible via iphone arlo app.  if i installed the original battery, there is no such blinking.

any clue why the blinking?
