arlo 3 pro cameras I got a new phone but I can't seem to the camera images to the phone.

I bought a new phone but the camera images to do not show up on the phone. it says it appears the arlo device is offline. check powered on and connected to the internet.  the hub LED is blue.  i tried pressing the sync buttons on the cameras.  they blink slow blue and then blink fast.  but still no camera image

Have you tried another device, including a computer aimed at the web client?
